1. Where to Report

If you need to report abuse related to my services or infrastructure (including content hosted on my domains), email:

Emergency / immediate danger: If someone is in danger or a crime is in progress, contact your local emergency services first. Email is not monitored 24/7.

Tip: Put a short reason in the subject line, e.g. Abuse Report: phishing or Abuse Report: illegal content.

What to Include

2. Help Me Act Fast

The more specific your report is, the faster I can investigate. Please include as many of the following as possible:

  • Exact URL(s): Link(s) to the page(s), file(s), or endpoint(s) involved.
  • What happened: A clear description of the issue and why it’s harmful/illegal/abusive.
  • Time & timezone: When you observed the issue (approximate is fine).
  • Evidence: Screenshots, headers, logs, transaction IDs, or message IDs (if available).
  • Your contact details: So I can follow up if I need clarification.

Security reports: If you’re reporting a vulnerability, please include reproduction steps and impacted URL(s). Do not include sensitive personal data unless absolutely necessary.

3. What I Can Help With

Examples of issues you can report:

  • Illegal content (as defined by applicable law)
  • Child safety issues (handled with highest urgency)
  • Harassment, threats, or doxxing
  • Phishing / scams hosted on my domains
  • Malware distribution
  • Spam / abusive automation
  • Service abuse (DDoS attempts, brute forcing, scraping, resource abuse)
  • Copyright concerns (see the section below)

I’ll take reasonable action where I have control (removal/disablement, rate limits, blocks, account suspension, etc.). Some situations may require escalation to the relevant provider or authorities.

4. Copyright / Takedown Requests

If you believe content hosted on my services infringes your copyright, email [email protected] with:

  • Your name and a way to contact you
  • The original work you own (link or description)
  • The allegedly infringing URL(s)
  • A short statement explaining why you believe it’s infringing
  • A good-faith statement that the information is accurate

Please make sure you’re reporting the correct URL(s). Overbroad or incorrect takedown requests slow down response times.

5. What Happens After You Report

  • Acknowledgement: I may reply requesting clarification or confirming receipt (depending on volume).
  • Investigation: I’ll review the provided details and any relevant logs/metadata available to me.
  • Action: If the report is valid, I may remove content, suspend accounts, block IPs, or adjust protections.
  • Follow-up: When appropriate, I’ll confirm the outcome at a high level.

False or abusive reports: Submitting knowingly false reports, or using the abuse process to harass others, may result in your messages being filtered or ignored.

Privacy

6. Privacy & Data Handling

Reports are used only for investigating and addressing abuse. I avoid sharing details unless required to:

  • Comply with legal obligations
  • Protect users and infrastructure
  • Escalate to upstream providers (e.g., hosting, domain, CDN) when necessary
